Chinese Cabbage Shrimp Soup


Ingredients:


10 oz (300g) Chinese cabbage heart3 t. (50g) dried shrimp2 t. ham2 oz (50g) black mushroom2 cups (500ml) broth1/2 t. salt



DIRECTIONS:


Cut cabbage into strips (2x4cm), and soak in boiling water for 1 minute and drain. Halve the mushrooms and remove the stems.Pour broth into a pot, add ham, mushroom, shrimp, cabbage and salt. Heat to boil and simmer until the cabbage is well done. Sprinkle with caraway and enjoy!
